We do not allow in-store collection.
We offer worldwide shipping to over 180 countries. To check if we deliver to your country, simply add a product to your basket and proceed to checkout, where you can select your country. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us and we will try to find a way to get your order to you.
Please note that your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in India. In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order if our shipping agent is unable to deliver it due to global issues.
It is possible that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon reaching your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not the responsibility of Kajols. Please be aware of these potential charges before placing your order.

How do I check the status of my order?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time stated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. We will be happy to assist you in tracking the status of your order.
Refunds, returns and exchangesIf your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will address each case individually and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
Please note that Kajols is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged during or after delivery. This responsibility lies with the customer. However, we will provide you with the courier details and any relevant tracking or delivery information upon request and will assist you by contacting the courier service if necessary.
