Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that tailored and customized products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and not a tailored or a customized product. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com or use our contact page. The return address will be provided to you and may be located in the UK depending on the type of product. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return request is rejected, you are responsible for all packaging and shipping costs to return the items to you.
You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including packaging and shipping. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit and use an insured mailing service for the full value of the item.
Please be aware that we do not refund any import taxes or other taxes you may incur from orders placed with us. You should familiarize yourself with any potential taxes before placing your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We will usually ask for pictures of the products before the product is returned to allow us to carry out an inspection quicker.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or tailored products. Where any tailoring has been made on your products, these items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This does not apply to products that are tailored or customized, and where work has already started; you will be unable to cancel your order. Please contact us via hello@kajols for assistance.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Due to world-wide shipping issues, if our shipping agent refuses to accept a delivery to your address, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund within 10 working days.
